Student Council

A Student Council is a representative structure for students only, through which they can become involved in the affairs of the college, working in partnership with college management, Principal, staff and parents for the benefit of the institute and its pupil teachers.

Role of the Student Council

To create cooperation with the Principal, staff and students, a better college life for the student of our college.

To provide students with opportunities of leadership and to develop in all students a sense of responsibility.

To act as liaison where appropriate between the students and the teaching staff and management.

Structure of the Student Council

The council will elect democratically a representative of student council namely Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and Public Relations Officers and four executive members.

Term of Office

Each member will serve for one academic year, from the date of election until the following June.
