Regular staff meetings and Faculty Development Programs (FDP) are conducted where academic matters are discussed. FDP helps in improving the overall skills of faculty.
- Mechanism/Norms Procedures for democratic /effective Governance: All Issues are discussed during advisory committee meetings.
- feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance: Feedback of students is obtained by Director at least once in a semester
- redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students: Director along with Management resolves the issues, if any on a regular basis. The grievance committee listens to and resolves the issues at hand.
