Admission to the B.Ed course is held on the basis of test conducted by Punjab Government & followed by counselling.

Educational qualifications as per N.C.T.E. and as per Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar rules.
For General Category:-Candidates possessing at least 50% marks in aggregate in the Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree examination of a recognised University.
SC/ST/OBC :- There is a relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC/ST/OBC candidates i.e at least 45% marks in aggregate in the Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree examination of a recognised University .

Teaching of Social Studies shall be opted by the graduates who have taken up any two of the following subjects at B.A Level.

• Philosophy
• Psychology
• Education

As per the reservation policy of State Govt.

Two Year's (Four Semesters)

Minimum 85% lectures are required As per Guru Nanak Dev University rules and regulations.

1)Duration: The duration of the course is one year divided into two semesters. Minimum Qualification: The minimum qualification for the admission to PGDCA (TE) is a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of any recognized university with not less than 45% marks in aggregate.

2) Direct Admission: Admission on the basis of marks obtained in Graduation.

At least 45% marks in aggregate in the Bachelor’s degree examination from a Recognized University.
